SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Turnaround Time

All orders are custom build to suit and production times vary depending on in-stock items, excessive orders surges, etc.

Orders are in a first come first serve basis, if you require a Rush order a premium charge of 10% will incur. Production time isd usually between 5-7 business days and shipped typically within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on the weekend will begin production on the following Monday.  

Delays due to Acts of God, weather or other unusual circumstances are not refundable. 

Items that are not currently in stock will be shipped via your selected shipping speed once the item becomes available.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to all countries! If your country is not available in the shipping options, please contact us and we will help you out! 
please be aware of additional charges from the USA to your country. We are not responsible for additional shipping, the VAT or customs taxes occurred during your shipping. 

Order Tracking

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information once it becomes available.

Shipping Rates

Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be. Calculated shipping speeds are applicable only to the time that the package is in transit and therefore the time it takes to pick and package your order is not included in determining how long the package was in shipment.

*Please Note: Orders over $200 or high-value items are shipped with signature confirmation. This ensures secure delivery and protects against lost or stolen packages. Once a shipment is marked delivered with a valid signature, responsibility transfers to the recipient.

Back Orders and Out of Stock Items

When an item is out of stock or is in pre-order status, the items will take longer than the usual production time. Once back in stock, you will be notified when your order is shipped.
